Shared Certification offers much the same flexibility as Category Certification, but with more CSA International involvement.
With shared certification, you do the testing and prepare the Certification Report, and then send the report to CSA International for review. CSA International will examine the product, review and validate the data, and may spot-check the testing process before granting the appropriate certification and issuing the Certificate of Compliance.
To qualify for Shared Certification, we must first evaluate your facility and processes. Once approved, we will regularly revisit your facility.
