CSA Group acquired two German-based companies - emitel AG and mikes-testingpartners gmbh, announced in November. The acquisitions continue CSA's expansion into the European market. CSA acquired Switzerland-based INTRATest gmbh, a privately-held product testing business with strong focus on medical devices and laboratory equipment, in April and the UK-based SIRA Test and Certification Limited (and three affiliated companies) in 2009.
