CSA International frequently receives requests for evidence of insurance to satisfy its Clients’ purchasing requirements, or as a prerequisite to CSA Staff entry into a Client facility for product evaluation or production inspection.

In order to satisfy such requests in an efficient manner, CSA’s Insurance Broker has arranged “Memoranda of Insurance” providing evidence of CSA’s Commercial General Liability coverage; one for Clients and Client sites located in the United States of America, and the other for Clients and Client sites located in Canada.  These memoranda provide CSA Clients with a self-serve means of satisfying their purchasing and facility access requirements which, as the documents are made available over the internet, can be accessed any time of day, and any day of the year*.

These memoranda will be updated promptly upon policy renewal, which occurs on March 1 each year. However, as CSA has no way of knowing who has viewed or downloaded these documents, it is incumbent upon each user to obtain replacement memoranda as evidence of continued coverage beyond expiry.
